Yale MBA
A rigorous education in leadership, strategy, finance, and how people make consequential decisions.
Meet Tali Lindberg
I help people recognize and release fear and inherited patterns so they can live, lead, and make their next choice with greater clarity, confidence, and personal freedom.
Where this work began
Growing up, I told to stay quiet, do the right thing, and set aside what I felt or wanted because they were irrelevant. Those experiences contributed to my effort to ignor my preferences and feelings and live with not too much excitement nor too much sadness. There was one zone that was safe and that was "neutral." When I began to think about having a family, I wondered: What would it look like to choose a different way?
Even as a girl, after painful moments with my mother, I imagined having the same conversation with my future children. In my mind, I practiced listening differently, responding differently, and making sure they knew their feelings, preferences, and voices mattered.
That early promise became a lifelong commitment: to understand the patterns we inherit, to make conscious choices instead of automatic ones, and to help others discover that their past can inform them without controlling what comes next.
An unconventional education
After earning my MBA from the Yale School of Management, I stepped away from the professional path I had prepared for and chose to invest my time in raising my family.
For 24 years, motherhood was my full-time work. I spent 20 of those years homeschooling four children—learning, in real time, what helps people feel safe enough to speak, capable enough to grow, and confident enough to become themselves.
A rigorous education in leadership, strategy, finance, and how people make consequential decisions.
The demanding, deeply human work of building trust and connection inside a family every day.
Four different children taught me that lasting growth cannot be forced through one identical approach.
Advanced training gave me practical tools to help people recognize, release, and replace patterns that keep them stuck.
What those years taught me
Four children, each with a different personality and way of moving through the world, taught me that meaningful change cannot be forced through one standard formula.
A reaction is rarely the whole story. Fear, frustration, perfectionism, withdrawal, and overcontrol often point to something deeper that needs to be understood before it can change.
When you can recognize what is happening inside you, you create space between the trigger and your response. That space is where a different decision becomes possible.
Every person and every concern is different. I adapt the conversation and techniques to the individual rather than applying a one-size-fits-all action plan.
I don't believe your past is a life sentence. Once a pattern can be seen, acknowledged, and understood, it can be released, and something more intentional can take its place.
The TALI Method
I do not force every person through an identical script. Instead, the TALI Method gives our work a flexible structure, helping us understand what is happening, what is holding it in place, and what you want to choose next.
Slow the moment down and become aware of the thought, feeling, physical response, or recurring pattern asking for your attention.
Allow the experience to be recognized and understood without minimizing it, rationalizing it away, or criticizing yourself for having it.
Discover what the pattern has been trying to protect you from, teach, or communicate to you, then release what is not helpful and should no longer dictate your choices.
Clarify the response, belief, or way of being you want to move forward and begin putting that new choice into practice.
More space to respond, more confidence in your decisions, and more freedom to live and lead as the person you choose to be.

Qualifications & experience
My work draws from formal education, advanced coaching tools, entrepreneurship, and decades spent helping four very different children learn to trust their own voices.
Graduate training in leadership, finance, strategy, and consequential decision-making.
Training focused on helping people create meaningful, personally aligned change.
Advanced tools for working with learned responses, internal patterns, and emotional states.
Including 20 years homeschooling four children and adapting to four distinct personalities, needs, and ways of learning.
Experience translating complex emotional and financial ideas into practical conversations people can understand and use.
Credentials help me understand the tools. Listening helps me understand the person in front of me. Effective coaching requires both.
What I believe
The reactions and patterns that frustrate you may have once served an important purpose. Understanding them allows you to decide whether they still belong in the life you are creating.
Fear can tell you what feels uncertain, vulnerable, or important. You can listen to that information without allowing fear to take charge of you.
Emotions do not disappear because they are inconvenient or illogical. Acknowledging what is present creates the foundation for meaningful change.
Inherited patterns can shape your automatic responses, but they don't have to determine your relationships, leadership, decisions, or future.
The goal is not to become someone else. It is to have enough freedom inside the moment to choose how you want to respond and who you want to be.
You can honor where you came from without letting it decide where you go.
