The fear keeps coming back, even when you know it is not helping.
Private one-on-one coaching
Private coaching with Tali helps you understand the emotional response that keeps taking over, release what no longer serves you, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and choice.
Personal · Confidential · Focused on meaningful change
You are not broken. A pattern that once protected you may simply be ready to change.
— Tali Lindberg
You may recognize this
You may know where the response came from. You may even recognize it while it is happening. Yet insight alone has not given you the freedom to respond differently.
The fear keeps coming back, even when you know it is not helping.
The reaction happens before you have time to choose your response.
A difficult moment is over, but you keep carrying it into what comes next.
You are capable in many areas of life, yet one old pattern still has too much influence.
The goal is not to judge the response or force it away. It is to acknowledge it, release its hold, and create room for a different choice.
What becomes possible
The goal is not to become someone who never feels fear, doubt, or emotion. It is to change your relationship with those feelings so they no longer make decisions for you.
Notice what is happening without being pulled immediately into the same automatic reaction.
Acknowledge the emotion honestly while becoming less controlled by its urgency or intensity.
Spend less energy replaying, second-guessing, or bracing and more energy making the decision in front of you.
Move forward knowing that an old fear or inherited pattern doesn't have to determine your next action.
You are not trying to become a different person. You are creating the freedom to show up as more of the person you already are.
What happens when we work together
Private coaching is not about analyzing every part of your past or giving you a generic list of things to do. We focus on the pattern affecting you now and the change you want to experience.
The process is personal. We move at a pace that allows you to feel safe, understood, and actively involved in your own change.
We identify the situation, thought, feeling, or reaction that keeps getting in your way—and define what you want to be different.
Rather than dismissing the feeling or immediately trying to reason it away, we make room to understand what it is communicating.
Using thoughtful coaching and approaches selected for you, we explore the deeper association and help loosen the response that no longer serves you.
We strengthen the response you want to have and connect the internal shift to a practical choice you can carry into daily life.
Every client and every concern is different. Tali adapts the conversation and techniques to the individual rather than forcing every person through an identical script.
A thoughtful fit matters
You do not need to come with perfect explanations. You do need a genuine desire to understand what is happening and participate in creating something different.
Important: Coaching is educational and developmental. It is not psychotherapy, medical care, crisis support, or a substitute for diagnosis or treatment from a licensed healthcare professional.
A private conversation to explore the concern, the change you want, and whether working together makes sense.

Questions before we begin
The discovery call gives us room to discuss your situation personally. These answers will help you understand the approach before scheduling.
Go to the booking calendar →You might bring a fear that no longer makes sense but still influences your choices, an emotional reaction that feels out of proportion, a pattern you understand but cannot seem to change, or the lingering emotional weight of a difficult experience. We begin with what is affecting you now and what you want to be different.
We clarify the response or pattern you want to change, notice what is happening beneath it, and work toward a different internal experience and practical response. Tali asks questions, listens closely, and adapts the conversation and techniques to you rather than following an identical script with every client.
Tali may incorporate coaching, NLP-based approaches, guided visualization, or hypnotherapy when an approach is appropriate for the concern and you agree to use it. Not every session uses every modality. Tali will explain the proposed approach, answer your questions, and respect your decision to decline or stop any exercise.
This work is collaborative. You remain an active participant, and you may ask questions, pause, decline a technique, or end an exercise at any time. Nothing is done to you; Tali guides a process in which your comfort, consent, and participation matter.
That depends on the concern, the change you want, and how you respond to the work. Some clients describe a meaningful shift after one focused session, while others benefit from continued support and integration. Tali will discuss an appropriate next step with you without promising a predetermined result or timeline.
No. Coaching is educational and developmental and focuses on your present experience, desired outcome, and forward movement. It does not diagnose or treat mental-health or medical conditions and is not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare professional.
If you are in crisis, at risk of harming yourself or someone else, or need diagnosis or clinical treatment, please contact an appropriate licensed professional or emergency service.
It is a private conversation about what has been happening, what you would like to change, and whether Tali’s approach feels appropriate for you. You can ask questions about the process and discuss possible next steps. The purpose is to determine fit—not to pressure you into making an immediate decision.
Begin with a private conversation
